My Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Work

Personal:

I was born in Denmark in 1959 and have lived in Tucson, Arizona, since 1984.  After working in the clerical field for many years, I finally decided to become a nurse.  This was the best decision I ever made.  I find anatomy, physiology, and science very important; I put pride in good technical skills; and I very much enjoy working with and helping people.

I have until 2017 worked part-time as a hospice nurse at a local community hospital and part-time as the owner and operator of my nursing foot care business, "Healthy Feet are Happy Feet," in Tucson, Arizona.  I truly feel that I have been blessed with the best two jobs in the World.  However, to save my shoulders, I have given up being a hospital nurse in 2017 and decided to concentrate on my nursing foot care service.

  • I'm delighted to be able to provide this service to the people in Tucson, Arizona.
